1. Reporting Infringement
Cardaxa respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice to support@cardaxa.cards with the subject line "DMCA Notice".
2. Required Information
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim is infringed.
- The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
3. Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
4. Repeat Infringers
We terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
5. Misrepresentation
Knowingly submitting a false notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages under applicable law.
