Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery if a card arrives significantly not as described (wrong card, undisclosed damage, counterfeit). Buyer's remorse returns are at the seller's discretion.
2. How to Request a Return
Contact us at support@cardaxa.cards with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to seller error.
4. Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was misrepresented or damaged in transit. We recommend tracked, insured shipping for any card over $20.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Graded slabs that have been cracked, items damaged after delivery, and items accurately described in the listing are not eligible for return.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most disputes can be resolved faster through our support team than through your card issuer.
