How a claim works
- 1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cardaxa.cards with your order number and photos of the issue.
- 2. We review the listing, tracking, and your evidence — usually within one business day.
- 3. Resolution: refund, partial refund, or replacement, depending on the case. Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
